This location is 13 minutes away from the 22nd street yard. We are on S. Old Vail Rd (between Kolb Rd. and Houghton Rd.) approximately 1-1/2 blocks south of Valencia Rd.
From Houghton:
Turn West on Valencia Rd. At the 2nd traffic light turn left (south) onto S. Old Vail Rd. We are the 2nd business on the left.

From Kolb:
